• Up to S$4K Base salary + AWS+VB

UK MNC , 5 days work week
Based at Jurong Port WarehouseOur client is a subsea UK MNCResponsibilities:

• Report directly to the Dept manager based in UK.

Handle warehouse administration using Oracle system such as administrating warehouse/yard inbound and outbound documentation flows;
Coordinate with logistical service providers, as required;
Perform physical verification of inventory, if required;
Submit personal timesheets into the time registration system for approval on a weekly basis;
Ensure all personal documentation is up-to-date and valid, such as passport, seaman\'s booklet, medical certificate and offshore survival certificate.
Conduct all activities and tasks by the company corporate objectives;
Familiarise with and comply to our client\'s company management system;
Promote and support continuous improvement within the organisation;
Identify areas of exposure or improvement within the department or its objectives;Requirements:

• Administration experience and proficiency in MS office,Experience using oracle system a plus.
