Overall ResponsibilityThe Logistics Systems Manager is responsible for Responsible in ensuring that all ensure that Project Management tools, methodologies and standards are understood and a cornerstone in formulating business strategy.Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversees the implementations of business solutions during project start-ups to project closure and monitors performance of logistics solutions and helps in making improvements.
• Leads in the introduction, implementation and support of new and existing business solutions.
• Implements and continuously assesses all Project Management standards in line with the company policies.
• Ensures project plan and time scales are maintained - control project time-scales, delivered on time.
• Prepares timely and accurate project management reports for submission to the Immediate Superiors.
• Provides assessment of skills and competencies to ensure training and development plans are in place to address any gaps/needs and provides IT RFQ/RFP/RFI responses to the Warehouse Business Systems unit.
• Prepares IT Cost Model as required by the clients in coordination with the Solutions Team.
• Coordinates with the Solutions Team, Operations, and Sales in ensuring services are covered and costs are kept within budget at all times.

Education

• Graduate of any 4-year Computer-related course

Experience

• With at least 3 years solid years of experience in related work

Special Skills and Personal Qualities

• Hardworking, patient, persevering and can work with minimum supervision
• Computer literate.
