Job Description
Responsibilities
- Post-Sales installation and technical support to customers
- Designs, installs, configures and maintains network and security infrastructure, including core network switches, routers and firewalls
- Assists with the planning, design, research and installation of new or upgraded network hardware and software
- Familiar with Fortinet and Sophos firewall, Cisco routers, firewall, switches and CCTV
- Monitor network traffic to identify problems and make capacity planning recommendations
- Candidate must possess at least ITE/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Certification of CCNP / CCNA is required
- Candidates with MCSE and Virtualization experience will have an added advantage.
- Required Skill(s): Cisco Networking, Fortinet Firewall, Sophos Firewall
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent
