Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative and operational tasks.
Plan and schedule workers, vehicles, and drivers based on site needs.
Coordinate truck and driver deployment with other departments.
Maintain vehicle records -- inspection, insurance, road tax, parking fines, and logbooks.
Handle document preparation, filing, and record updates.
Assist with BCA approvals, site permits, and office maintenance matters.
Work closely with dormitory and liaise with workers on any issues.
Provide general administrative support as required.

1-2 years of relevant working experience.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational & administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Management Software.
Ability to multitask is a must.
* Good to have class 3/3C licence.
