Role Overview
As a
Customer Service Officer (Order Processing)
, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order fulfilment and delivering excellent customer service. You'll manage end-to-end order processing, handle inquiries, and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately process customer orders using internal systems.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding orders, deliveries, and product-related questions.
Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Maintain accurate documentation of orders, changes, and cancellations.
Assist in resolving customer complaints or escalations in a professional manner.
Propose improvements to enhance customer service processes and efficiency.
Share customer feedback and insights with management to support service or product improvements.

Requirements
Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in
Order Fulfilment or Customer Service
.
Prior experience in the
food service or hospitality industry
is preferred.
* Familiarity with order processing systems; knowledge of
SAP S4
is an added advantage.
