Job Description

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and assist in customers\' enquiries
• Perform Sales Transactions with utmost good faith
• Provide good customer service and uphold company\'s image at all times
• Responsible for store\'s equipment and cleanliness
• Assist in handling stock inventory and replenishment
• Maintain visual display of stocks to enhance promotions
• Perform cashiering duties
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE \'N\' level or \'O\' level
• Some working experience in retail and telecommunications industry preferred
• Strong passion for customer service excellence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed and pleasant personality
• Responsible, independent and a good team player
• Product training will be provided
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and Public Holiday
