Job Details

• $2300 + Monthly incentive challenges ($200-$300/Month) + AWS
• Quarterly bonus
• 7 days off per calendar month; 6 weekdays and 1 weekend scheduled off (Able to request 2 specific days of off per month)
• Islandwide, nearest available outlet to candidate\'s residence.
• Shift work including weekends and PH.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• To provide customers with professional advice and consultation on spectacles.
• To do daily shop operations, retail sales, inventory controls, and other relevant duties.
• Ascertain customers\' needs and wants.
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
• Welcome and greet customers.
• Manage point-of-sale processes.
• Keep up to date with product information.
• Accurately describe product features and benefits.
• Follow all companies policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Others or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s): sales, customer service.
• Fluent communication skills- both written and verbal.
• Sales driven and number-oriented.
• Friendly Extrovert Energetic and Collaborative.
• Self-motivated & Resilient.
• Positive attitude.
• Team player
