Take the lead on complex projects spanning the global enterprise.
Lead a team in designing, developing, and delivering technology and business solutions.
Lead the preparation of meeting minutes, weekly presentations, and daily tasks.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, steering committees, resource managers, vendors, business and IT teams, as well as senior management and executives across different time zones.
Take charge of building schedules, establishing communication plans, managing risks/issues, and measuring or reporting project results.
Foster creative efforts to resolve issues and produce quality deliverables aligned with corporate objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to prioritize project requirements and address issues, ensuring the successful delivery of the project scope.
Lead in requirements gathering, defining functional/systems dependencies, and overseeing system implementation.
Work closely with the global Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure projects follow and adhere to the project delivery methodology.
Requirements:
Accumulate a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project implementation and support projects.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently, handling assigned tasks with autonomy.
Possess the capability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables concurrently.
Exhibit tenacity and a willingness to work extra hours occasionally to ensure task completion.
Bring experience in SAP ECC6/S4HANA implementation.
Showcase Project Management expertise with certifications such as PMP, Prince 2, or equivalent.
Possess a solid understanding of SAP Standard processes, including familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology.
Demonstrate advanced skills in Data & Analytics tools, such as Excel Pivot, VBA, BI, or others.
Have experience in both Professional Services and corporate industries.
Exhibit expertise in requirements gathering, customer/stakeholder relationship management, issue and risk management, project and organizational change management, as well as IT vendor and partner management.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and architectural technology concepts and components would be advantageous.
Drive projects from the initial concept through final implementation, ensuring a smooth handover to the ongoing support team.
Display effective communication skills.
