Job Description

Acquiring data/information to identify potential plant-based foods business in Asia Pacific from the perspective of company\'s core technologies & new development for the management to determine the future direction.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with in-house partners, and any other related departments.
• Evaluate and understand new technologies developed by fundamental research laboratories.
• Conduct and evaluate information obtained from market and product research.
• Develop new formulations and prototypes suitable for market in Asia Pacific
• Conduct trials & investigation in order to maintain & resolve quality issues.
• Seek opportunities on any potential collaborations with third parties in Asia Pacific
• Manage and lead project independently.
• Survey market trends of plant-based foods in Asia Pacific and share information with interested parties.
• Keep up to date with latest R&D and production process/equipment developments.
• Discuss with production & sales on new product development such as production capabilities, cost settings that potentially can be accepted by markets etc.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

• ONLY SINGAPOREAN
• Bachelor of Food Science/Food Technology or related degree.
• Minimum 3 years\' experience in food-related industry dealing with cream & margarine, oils & fats and plant-based foods.
• Equipped with knowledge & understanding of raw material & their functions.
• Meticulous, good communication skills and organisational skills.
• Able to work well independently and in a team.
• Available immediately or within short notice will be given preference

Information:

• Salary: Up to $4,500 + AWS + VB
• Location: Senoko (Nearest MRT Woodlands)
• Working hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm (Monday to Friday) Flexi Time
