Provide business partnering and advices to General Manager and Department Heads
In-charge of organizational restructuring, workforce planning, talent management as well as employee engagement
Develop and implement structured learning and development frameworks and programmes
Design and implement compensation & benefit and salary benchmark exercises
Oversees annual appraisal and performance review exercise within the hotel
Develop annual budget for manpower planning, employee recognition or departmental expenses
Oversees overall recruitment activities in the hotel
Involve in Union matters and negotiation
Lead the management of HR projects
\xef\xbb\xbfConstant review and improve HR policies within the hotel
Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and Government Regulations
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 5 - 8 years of human resource experience
Prior working experience in an established hotel
