To manage store operation in receiving, outgoing, storage, issuance, transfer of items as per sales admin requirement.
Ensure indents are raised and proper documentation is completed on timely basis for requisition of items, responsible for storekeeping, documentation and record keeping.
Follow up overall inventory management, track documents, resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
Correspond with sales admin to manage inventory items control by store card, update PC excel, shipment packing, labeling and well control of delivery documents.
To ensure items keep by First-In-First-Out method (FIFO).
To ensure recording of the necessary data in ledger and computer on time.
To ensure the store is kept clean and organized.
Other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualification & Experience
Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x9cN\xe2\x80\x9d level
At least 1 year of working experience
