Job Scope
:Prepare and manage M&E tender submissions, including cost estimation, technical review, and documentation. Handle quantity surveying (QS) duties from tender stage to post-contract administration. Review specifications, drawings, and documents to ensure compliance and identify discrepancies. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers; attend site visits, briefings, and tender meetings. Evaluate technical and commercial aspects of tenders, quotations, and proposals. Propose value engineering solutions and risk mitigation strategies to optimize project outcomes. Support tender presentations, technical write-ups, and project scheduling using Microsoft Project.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field. At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical services. Strong understanding of M&E works, project planning, and regulatory/statutory compliance. Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
