Description
We are looking for Temp/ Contract Call Center Associate to be outsourced to our clients form the healthcare industry.
Job scope:
- Scheduling of appointments
- Attend to patients' enquiries and needs
- Handling of phone calls and ad-hoc admin duties
- At least GCE N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any field
- Able to commit for at least 3 - 6 months
- Passionate to work in the healthcare industry
- Able to commence work on short notice or immediately
- Training will be provided
