Do you have experience in Recruitment and would be interested to work with US based clients? ISTA Solutions is looking for you.We're hiring US Recruiters who'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selection of new hire for a variety of positions.Main Responsibilities:
* Screen potential candidates by telephone to establish compatibility with minimum qualifications and to determine candidate interest
* Search available job boards, databases, and recruiter networks to identify highly qualified candidates
* Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific position requirements, job responsibilitiesMinimum Qualifications:
* At least 1 year end-to-end US recruitment experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
* Amenable to work on site in Makati and night shift schedule
* Can start ASAPWork schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 pm to 6 am, weekends offCompensation package includes a salary of 21,000 basic pay + 10% night differential + 1500 attendance bonus and other benefits such as:
