The User Happiness Center team is based in our office at the second floor of Decathlon Singapore Lab.
The team\'s role is to provide beyond amazing service for all our customers in Singapore - for all our physical stores & online store!
As a User Happiness Ambassador, you will be responsible to satisfy our customers by providing a unique and personalized experience via chats/mails.
The queries you will receive are related to various topics: stock availability, delivery slots, online orders or services in stores. You will be trained by our fantastic and sporty teammates, not to worry!
You should have a genuine sense of service and love people!

My Responsibilities

• I satisfy all customers by providing sincere services with a personal touch
• I constantly respect our "satisfy or satisfy" mindset via chats/mails
• I am the voice of the customers\' in the company so I help feedback all the pain points the customers are facing so the problems can be solved at the root cause
• I share my sport passion and positive energy with our users and teammates
• I take initiative for my training and development

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong writing skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Note: Part-timers are required to work on weekends and the minimum of working hours is 20 hours per week.
