Job Description

:
Prepares learning materials and other training relative tools for OCS Lab
Administers screening examinations and initial base assessment of clinical acumen and capability.
Deliver learning experience and trainings that aims to develop clinical acumen of candidates that would then further support the transitions of new clinicians to the enterprise
Deliver ongoing strategies to maintain relative clinical knowledge that is receptive to business needs
Responsible for measuring and tracking pre- and post-training performance, and any other performance evaluation strategies
Provide simulation classes, if necessary, to build relevant clinical skills that can improve work delivery.
Tracks completed trainings
Works with and provides training progression, report and feedback to all stakeholders (trainees, partner trainers, operations leaders and if possible, on-shore partners)
Provide feedback to management on individual and group training results
Review and update training materials as needed
Effectively develops new training materials and maintain a relevant and business agnostic approach to clinical development training
Accurately updates existing modules based on trends and changes in current year
Coordinate and partners with operations and other pertinent departments to ensure smooth training delivery. Which includes, but is not limited to, checking for training room availability and training resource accessibility.
Be able to create interactive assessments for extra practice for trainees.
Ability to confidently deliver training and answer questions from audience.
Demonstrates proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
Demonstrates analytical ability to analyze training data, feedback, identify gaps and plugs gaps in training modules.
Ability to identify learner types and deliver training as per learner population.
Demonstrate ability to use various training platforms for effective training delivery.
Maintains personal certifications required for the job and ability to extend mentoring to others for certification maintenance.
Key KRA will be Measurement & Evaluation of training, Performance Throughputs, Efficient and Smooth Deployment to Target Businesses along with attrition during training.
Collaborate and understand immediate OCS Lab/USRNAcademy requirements and prepare accordingly.
Provide teaching support to the USRNAcademy, as well as deliver Final Coaching for imminent NCLEX examinees
