Coordination with the utility agencies on the verification of high transmission cables, vital utilities services, and sensitive telecommunication cable (e.g. LT & HT electrical cables, PUB 300/900mm pipe, underground sewers, M200 gas pipe, and SingTel,) that affects the main construction works and Maintain the NCE Application Status.
Coordination with the utility agencies and Authorities on the protection and or diversion of utilities that affects the main construction works.
Endorse the excavation permit and brief AL sub-contractor carrying out any construction or excavation works within the utility’s protection zone.
Responsible for submission of temporary excavation to relevant Authorities diversions (<4m deep) affecting utilities and temporary drain diversion.
Assist on Cable Plans Procurement and updating the project team on requirement set by various agencies
