It has acquired the specialization in the direct selling of Artificial Insemination materials for cattle, goats, sheep and swine.Since its modest beginnings in September of 1974, P&J has come to be trusted by both clients and suppliers, as it established itself one of the leading providers of Animal Health Care products in the Philippines.Duties/Responsibilities: Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair. (Sinusuri at inaalam ang mga kagamitan at pasilidad na kinakailangan ng repair.)Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs. (Inaayos ang mga sira sa pasilidad upang malaman ang nangangailangan pa ng karagdaganng repair.)Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed. (Pinaplano ang repair gamit ang mga manual ng equipment o blue print ng pasilidad)Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures. (Ginagawa ang mga simpleng repair gaya ng pagpipinta at iba pang carpentry works ng mga building)Performs routine maintenance on building systems. (Ginagawa ang routine maintenance ng mga building)Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities. (Naglilinis at tumutulong upang manatiling maayos ang a pasilidad)Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance. (Umorder ng mga materyales at parts para sa mag kinukumpuni at minemaintain na pasilidad)The minimum requirements for the position are as follows: Required Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair. (Kaalaman sa pagkakarpintero at repair)
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools. (Kaalaman sa paggamit ng mga basic hand tools at power tools)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. (Mabisang pag-oorganisa ng oras at mga Gawain)

• Can be a Graduate of Bachelor's Degree of any course, High school diploma or equivalent required but Related experience preferred.
• With NC II on General Maintenance is a plus
• Preferably with motorcycle so he can be assigned In Pasig(Caniogan and Bagog Ilog) and Pasig (Maguyam, Silang) Offices and Warehouses and all properties of the Company.
• Willing to be assigned on fieldwork duties and extended work hours. With motorcycle is a plus but not required.
