• Hands-on design of UX including research, CX strategy, information architecture, customer journeys, touchpoint mapping, prototypes, user stories and backlogs
• UX audits and testing to look at site performance and how products can be optimised (UX, UI, searchability, findability and content)
• Customer research (primary/secondary) as well as persona creation and audience segmentation
• Creation of content taxonomies and information architectures
• Journey, touchpoint and empathy mapping to understand customer needs and painpoints
• Lead interviews as part of discovery (customer/stakeholder)
• Creation of user stories and backlog curation
• Work with UI Designers to ensure designs are both functional and aethestically pleasing
• Creation of prototypes using Figma (or equivalent design call)

Requirements

• Graduates studying a design major in a major university
• Desire to learn and grow
• Desire to do real client work
• Good knowledge of design tools (e.g. Figma)
• Problem solver able to innovate with design
• Able to operate across all project phases (Discovery, Setup, Design Sprints, Design QA)
• Own a impressive portfolio that showcases your achievements and design projects so far
• 6-12 month internship candidates preferred
