Job Description
We are partnering with a financial institution to work on a suite of technology platforms to create a seamless client experience. This is an opportunity for seasoned design practitioners to leverage their expertise in human-centred design thinking to drive product and service innovation.
The role will require you to:
- Drive innovation through human-centered design methodologies.
- Streamline complex working processes across different teams, identify pain points and opportunities and propose solutions to create a seamless client experience.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders from technical to business teams.
- You have minimally 6 years of experience in building products within the digital space.
- You have experience in research (qualitative & quantitative), ideation, product validation and interaction design.
- You have experience designing internal CRM tools.
- You have strong communication and influencing skills - comfortable speaking with c-level stakeholders across different functions and time zones
