JOBSCOPE
- Plan and carry out research and develop design recommendations.
- Facilitate workshops, conduct usability testing, user observations and interviews.
- Develop, design and test indeas via storyboards, user flows, mock-ups/ prototypes/ wireframes, etc
- Propose ideas/designs to stakeholders.
- Ensure that the product design meets deadline.
- Work and communicate with the team closely and constantly to ensure design and business requirements/ objectives align.
- Encourage a fun and creative environment for the internal team.
- At least 3 years experience in related field
- Deep understanding of design process to guide, plan and scope product work
- Strong UX, interaction and visual design skill
- Analytical and data-driven
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
