Our ambition is to become the reference global platform to trade loans.About the roleiLex will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require iLex's sponsorship of a visa.The UX/UI designer will be part of the Product team in Singapore and responsible for designing simple intuitive experiences for our users and contributing to sales & marketing collateral design and production.To be successful in the role you should be a collaborative team player, with lots of ideas to share, who can work independently and who likes to take initiative. You should also be keen on working in a fast paced, quickly scaling, start-up environment. If you are motivated and results-driven, we'd like to meet you.You will:

• Design new features and UI/UX solutions for our web platform to enhance user experience
• Design collateral and graphics for our website and marketing content including video editing.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes that are usable, consistent, and intuitive for users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (especially engineers) to help design and define key visual requests and implementations
• Gather insights on product adoption/improvements, track KPIs, identify key metrics and propose further iterations
• Analyse quantitative data to understand customer behaviour, expectations, and performance of features

What we look for:

• At least 2 years' experience designing effective user experiences for web as well as website design.
• Strong experience with using product and design tools (e.g Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Cloud, InVision).
• Experience working in agile/scrum development process.
• Excellent communication skills and capable of explaining decisions and managing expectations.
• Problem solving and user-centric mindset with sharp attention to detail.
• University degree and English language fluency.

Preferred skills:

• High level of numeracy with some experience in data handling, basic coding and SQL skills would be highly valued.
• Genuine interest in Fintech / financial services industry with some knowledge and understanding of corporate finance / financial markets.
