We are currently based at Metropolis, Buona Vista, Singapore. This is a 2 years fixed term contract role, with possibility of extension.
Role Summary

• Modec, a member of the Mitsui Group, employs over 5,000 individuals from 25 different countries. You will become a member of the Digital and Analytics global team, which was established in 2021.
• Design exceptional UI/UX for a diverse range of innovative products, such as web-based solutions including business applications, search engines and AI technologies (e.g. ChatGPT, machine learning reviews), as well as interactive visualizations and 3D simulations (e.g. Unity Reflect).

• Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop personas, user scenarios, and journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
• Conduct usability tests to evaluate design effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead design reviews and present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Maintain a design system that ensures consistency, accessibility, and efficiency in the development of bespoke enterprise applications and user experiences for the company.

• Bachelor\'s degree, diploma, or have completed comparable studies in a related field.
• 3-7 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong portfolio that illustrates strengths in UI and UX methodologies e.g. UX case studies, Hi-fidelity screens, prototypes.
• Experience in designing user-friendly web applications, scalable enterprise solutions, and mobile applications (ios & Android) across various platforms.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

• Experience in designing for 3D simulations and VR, AR, and MR environments.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar prototyping software.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.
