Role: Validation Engineer

Duration: 12 Months (renewable)

Location: Singapore, Kallang

Job Details:

We are looking for a consultant in the domain of silicon validation. This is primarily a product engineering job, consisting in doing measurement and analysis in lab environment in Singapore , under the supervision of our technical lead. This also involves some level of automation and programming, typically using C#.

Tasks:

- Perform laboratory validation and measurement of AMS IPs including deriving test validation plan, post processing & amp, documentation of test data.

- Design, modify and coordinate with vendor for assembling of PCB test board for AMS IPs test and validation.

- Develop new and maintain existing of automated software and drivers for the testing of the IPs.

- Own the overall laboratory maintenance such as ensure all equipment are calibrated per plan schedule.

- Assess, recommend, and order new equipment to ensure state of the art measurement setup.

- Continuously enhancing the efficiency of the validation and increase the measurement setup accuracy.

Profile:

- Bachelor\'s/ master\'s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Physics.

- About 2-3 years of relevant working experience in laboratory automatic testing of AMS IPs such as PMU, PLLs, ADC/DAC and Temperature Sensor and other sensors.

- Experience in direct interaction with project members in defining test concept and patterns.

- Proficient in debugging hardware and software set-up and familiar with basic laboratory equipment, like oscilloscope, soldering station, power supplies and signal generators.

- Familiar with C#, C++ & python programming language is required for programming of the automated testing of the DUT.

- Familiar with various protocol interfaces such as SPI, I2C, RS232, JTAG or FPGA programming and evaluation boards will be a plus.
