Take lead in execution of Market / Rental Values of all types of properties for various financial institutions, government agencies and corporate clients
Take lead in client sourcing, deal sourcing, preparation of marketing materials for origination efforts and during deal execution
Generate ideas and pitches for clients and prospects to drive new business across all the Valuation and Advisory business lines
Able to do indicatives, inspection, data searching and/or derivative valuation
Provide guidance and coordinate junior team members in their task distribution (where required).
Requirements
5 years of relevant experience
Degree in real estate or equivalent
Member of SISV and an licensed appraiser (optional)
Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills and ability to handle pressure
Flexible and adaptable; enjoys problem solving and is not fazed by ambiguity
Strong business acumen and analytical skills with attention to details
Meticulous and numerically competent
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Good origination and client facing skills with relevant client network and track business development (collect research, analyze industry trends)
Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team
