Job Description

My client a rapidly expanding Pharma company is looking out for a VEEVA Vaults Specialist (TEMP) to support in configuration and continued operation of the Veeva Stack for all user groups with a focus on the Veeva Vault suite of products.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts with regards to configuration, process, workflow and reporting
• Maintain current knowledge of Veeva CRM features, updates and releases to allow leverage of new capabilities for system enhancements to optimise use of the system
• Support the Veeva Apps Specialist to develop technical solutions for the Veeva Vault suite of products (including PromoMats and QMS) by defining, analysing, documenting and prioritising requirements, and identifying and designing solutions
• Manage and prioritise change requests, including consulting stakeholders regarding any implications to the business, to ensure that all changes are implemented and communicated effectively
• Respond to enquiries and help desk tickets from the business in line with agreed SLAs
• Ensure system changes (including development, testing and maintenance) are performed using best practice and are documented accurately
• Develop and maintain data management strategies including data cleansing, data imports and data integrity
• Create and customise reports, dashboards and visualisations to provide insights into business performance, and train stakeholders in the use of these resources

Qualifications and experience

• Tertiary qualifications in IT or related field (Essential)
• 1-3 years\' experience in an IT or related role - strong graduates will be considered (Essential)
• Previous Document Control/Management or Veeva Certified Administrator (Desirable)
• Able to quickly learn and adapt to new process and technologies in order to meet business needs and drive business value (Essential)
• Advanced Administrator experience (Desirable)
• Experience in business system design and interface management processes (Desirable)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to use Excel at an above-average level (Essential)
• Exposure to IT project management (Desirable)
• Ability to multi-task and work creatively in a fast-paced environment
