Porsche Singapore is offering a vacancy for a Vehicle Coordinator within the Sales and Customer Excitement team. Work for one of the world\'s most iconic brands and join us at our exciting new Porsche Studio Singapore.

The Vehicle Coordinator is responsible for managing the Porsche vehicles\' movement flow, logistics and delivery. The successful candidate will help to ensure that all Porsche vehicles being transferred to the Porsche Studio are in their best condition and meet all aspects of quality check.

Tasks

• Work closely with the Sales and Customer Excitement team and serve as the main point-of-contact in managing the vehicles\' movement flow, logistics and delivery.
• Manage the Porsche Studio\'s vehicle handover and off-site overflow storage areas
• Take charge and ensure that all vehicles being transferred to the Porsche Studio or customers are in their best condition and meet all aspects of quality check and presentation, which includes (but not limited to) all paperwork, keys, delivery packs etc. are in place and accurate as per the processes and procedures
• Collaborate with the Aftersales team and serve as the main liaison to ensure sales-centric matters such as PDI requests and Tequipment orders are handled and processed efficiently

QualificationsQualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Automotive industry
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pro-active, self-driven, possess a learning and Can-Do attitude
• Attention to details and ability to prioritise and multitask
• Required to perform shift work including weekday evenings, weekends & public holidays
• Possess a Class 3 Driving License with at least 4 years of driving experience
