Transport Coordinator
Job Description
1. You are responsible for coordinating, and monitoring of drivers, vehicles' trips, violations, incident cases, records and permits.2. Oversee potential issues referring to drivers, transport group, clients, and vehicles.3. Analyze, complete and keep records of fleet maintenance and inspections for optimal operations.4. Effectively handle the trip schedules and dispatch to appropriate locations. You shall also maintain communications with drivers, and transport group.5. Handle the Fleet Section and oversee difficulties related to it.6. Manage the process of releasing fuels/diesel and allowances required to execute a successful delivery to its client.7. Compile and submit reports relating to vehicle deployment.8. Respond to inquiries or problems from transport group, compliance agencies, clients, suppliers, vendors and hauler partners to be able to provide a better resolution.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php13,000.00 per monthBenefits:
