THE ROLE

We\'re seeking a Vendor Relations Executive to help drive our Vendor Procurement and Operations program. As a critical member of the Operations team, you will play a key role in our growth by maintaining strong relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders in addition to providing technical expertise and guidance to the selection process of vendors, evaluation of vendor performance that support and enable our business to meet the needs of our customers and partners. In this role, you will own maintaining relationships with vendors, help drive new and BAU processes related to streamlining data, reporting, ordering, growth, and all aspects of vendor relationships. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and negotiation skills, comes with good project management experience, and can effectively prioritize, multitask to drive our business growth.

YOUR TASK

• Manage vendor relationships, including vendor evaluation & selection process, supplier/ partner contracting & renewals, day-to-day relationship management, ensuring service levels are met and leading price negotiations.
• Work with cross-functional teams and communicate with internal and external parties and develop strong internal and external relationships.
• Stay informed about each vendor\'s performance using a combination of business & customer feedback and financial results.
• Understand pricing models and negotiate competitive rates, track and follow up on payments.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Possess minimum Diploma qualification
• Preferably 1 year of experience in customer service and/or operations
• Knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms is a plus
• Intermediate Excel user
• Business focused thinking, an ability to focus on key issues
• Strong English communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• A great deal of personal initiative, creativity, decisiveness, and team spirit
