Our company is searching for a motivated and experienced customer relations executive to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships, constantly identifying opportunities to grow the customer base and developing positive experiences with new clients.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise and respond timely to customer service issues.
2. Understand the company's products and services offered.
3. Maintain and develop business relationships and customer satisfaction.
4. Keep up with market trends and customers' needs for growth opportunities.
5. Develop effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
6. Keep customers informed on the latest products.
7. Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
8. Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
9. Maintain digital media platforms (e.g. Facebook / Instagram / Google Ads).
10. Control inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
11. Meet with sales managers in the organisation to plan strategically.
12. Conduct business reviews using CRM programs.
13. Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
14. Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales status updates.
