Join the creative team at Ida's Events Space, where every event is crafted with care, creativity, and attention to detail. We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Venue Maintenance professional to help us maintain a beautiful, clean, and welcoming environment across our studio, event gallery, and courtyard.


You'll report to the Event Lead and Studio Manager, playing a key role in the day-to-day upkeep of our unique space -- from general maintenance and setting up events.





Key Responsibilities:


Venue Maintenance: Perform general upkeep across the floral studio, event gallery, and courtyard, including cleaning, light repairs, and organising. Event Setup & Support: Assist with the setup and takedown of furniture, floral installations, and decorations before and after events. Plant & Garden Care: Support the maintenance of our indoor and outdoor greenery to ensure the space is always fresh and vibrant. Equipment & Supplies: Monitor the condition of tools, fixtures, and supplies, reporting any issues promptly.


What We're Looking For:


A hands-on, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently. Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks, including lifting and moving items. High attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean, organised, and guest-ready.


Working Hours:


Part-time, with flexibility required depending on event and studio schedules (including weekends).


Work Environment:


You'll be working in a dynamic and creative setting -- a florist studio combined with an event space and a cocktail bar -- with a mix of indoor and outdoor tasks. Every day is different, and your contribution helps set the tone for memorable experiences.
