VESPETTA ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN BOAT QUAY LOOKING CHEF DE PARTIE/ SOUS CHEF

Vespetta is an Italian ristorante, our gastronomy focus on the respect for high quality ingredients, genuineness of the recipes and with passion we try to bring Italy to you with our food. Ensuing the roots of South Italy, but with specialties of various regions.

Familiarize and get to know all the functions and operations of the kitchen. \xef\x83\x98 Oversee an efficient and effective day to day operation of the branch / outlet \xef\x83\x98 Assist the Chef to do daily prep. \xef\x83\x98 Have a good maintenance of the cleaness of the kitchen. \xef\x83\x98 Being in charge of starters and pizza section. \xef\x83\x98 Able to work under pressure. \xef\x83\x98 Ensure food standards are being maintained

Requirements : \xef\x83\x98 Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent, Diploma. \xef\x83\x98 Fresh graduates, without experience or entry level are welcome to apply \xef\x83\x98 Knowledge or experience in the kitchen, italian food or a relevant / similar field is a plus \xef\x83\x98 passionate about cooking and work with team of different nationality. \xef\x83\x98 Confident and possess leadership. \xef\x83\x98 Responsabile, and hard working. \xef\x83\x98 Able to work on weekends and public holidays. \xef\x83\x98 experience in italian cousine preferable

Salary $3000-$4000, depends of experience and position.
