Supervise vessel accountant teams to ensure timely submission of vessel reports to clients/stakeholders.
Coordinate and collaborate to meet the accounting requirements of Vessel Owners.
Manage and regularly review the Accounts Receivable of Vessels.
Collaborate with vessel accountants to identify and recover various revenue streams from Ship Owners.
Generate periodic financial reports for all accounts receivables and share them with senior management.
Provide decision support to internal stakeholders by conducting financial analysis of vessels.
Use historical financial data and future projections to inform internal stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 decision making and align business decisions with financial implications.
Investigate and address budget or forecast variances in cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders and report findings to the Senior Manager Finance and Accounting in Singapore.
Mentor and develop the skills and capabilities of direct reports through implementation of development plans.
Address competency gaps by conducting performance reviews of direct reports and working closely with HR.
