Evervet Veterinary Clinic would like to expand our family of paraprofessionals and veterinarians!

As a

Client Services Officer

, you will be the ambassador of our clinic's first impressions on the clients. You play a vital role in making clients feel welcomed as well as managing clients concerns and requests with professionalism. Ideally you would be someone who:


Enjoys working with clients face to face Possess excellent customer service Have a love for animals Is a good team player Is conscientious with great attention to detail
You will need to posses the following:


'O' levels certificate or higher Prior customer service experience is a plus
You will be required to work up to 5 days per week (inclusive of one weekend).





As a Client Services Officer you will be performing the following duties, including but not limited to:


Manage incoming phone calls & directing calls where appropriate Scheduling appointments and communicating booking requirements to clients Communicating patient arrivals and emergencies to clinical staff Finalizing invoices, processing payment, and balancing the till Dispensing medication Perform various ad hoc administrative duties General house-keeping
