Experience & Skills:
Greeting and welcoming guests, answering all calls and resolving customer problems as needed
Handle reception duties, patient registration, appointment scheduling, medication dispensing and responding to inquiries on WhatsApp, phone and email, ensuring all vet appointments are properly scheduled
Client and pets interaction;
Assist Vet and team on the day-to-day business operations
Ensure the clinic remains clean and hygienic.
Ensure workplace safety, hygiene level and cleanliness of the reception and consult rooms.
Any other duties / tasks / projects as assigned
