Job Description

My client is a leading global investment bank, and they are looking for experienced business planning managers to oversee the planning and execution of business strategies across Asia Pacific and grow the bank\'s technology & innovation functions.



You will:

• Provide support for the bank\'s technology capabilities and set up governance and structure and be able to support the CIO in managing financials, budget and headcounts for the APAC technology and innovation team.

• Play a part in developing and implementing comprehensive, long-term strategic plans for the technology and innovations team and establish metrics for evaluating results.

• Run steering committee with the aim at driving innovation and culture/mindset change.

• Keep abreast of the latest trend of financial industry and initiatives on digitalisation and innovation to support the development of strategy.

• Have strong stakeholders\' management as you will be required to work with leaders across Asia Pacific (branch CIOs) and business functions (e.g., Transaction Banking, HR, Finance) and Technology stakeholders.

• 10 years\' experience in accounting / banking / consultancy, with in-depth knowledge of banking operations, technology, services and product.

• Self-motivated, quick starter with high standard of work quality.

• Being energetic, passionate, creative, and flexile to lead and motivate to achieve collective goals.

• Strong change management, analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on attitude.

• Strong business sense to understand impact and risks in the Banking environment.
