We are currently looking for a VP of Clients to join our growing, high impact team in our office in Singapore.
Tasks
Clients

  • Act as primary point of contact for Sygnum's prospects and clients for all types of enquiries, including product, account and transaction-related questions
  • Provide the highest standard of client service in response to client enquiries to create improved and long-lasting client relationships
  • Manage the client onboarding process together with your team end-to-end, incl. liaison with prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure consistent management of client communication and CRM handling, incl. further development thereof
  • Work with internal stakeholders to provide end-to-end query resolution
  • Continually identify opportunities to improve efficiency, through e.g., process optimization, implementation of smart tools, etc.
  • Assume responsibility to continuously maintain and further improve client satisfaction
Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory/legal and internal guidelines and maintain measures to ensure compliance
  • Closely liaise with Compliance department with regards to client-related processes such as onboarding and transaction monitoring
  • Maintain and further develop regulatory competency within the field of client servicing
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in a Bank or within the financial services industry
  • Passionate about working directly with clients with a relentless focus on client centricity
  • Diligent team player that takes end to end ownership and drives for results
  • Ability to lead and develop a team while establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
