Customer Value Management is vital in maintaining HSBC\xe2\x80\x99s position as a provider of world-class wealth and personal banking solutions, directing business development with a focus on customers. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Cross-Border Enablement, Customer Propositions.
Principal Responsibilities
Our International business spanning more than 30 countries serves clients across segments, markets and diasporas. This role is responsible for enabling business strategy that leverages our global footprint, against a backdrop of cross-border regulations. The role holder will be required to work closely with global and country level risk stewards from Compliance, Legal and Business Risk teams as well as business teams in key corridors to develop and implement high impact initiatives in a compliant and timely manner. The role holder will also be responsible for delivering a relevant and competitive proposition with remarkable customer experience to our International clients by working closely with Product, Marketing, Digital, Distribution, Finance and Analytics in global and country teams.to drive customer growth, increase product penetration, and improve business profitability via a robust customer life cycle management model.
