This is a unique opportunity to develop innovative insurance products tailored to the affluent market, creating transformative solutions that drive growth and expansion across Singapore and overseas.In this role, you will do :\xc2\xa7 Own the product roadmap for premier insurance solutions, ensuring that from ideation to delivery, we\xe2\x80\x99re always ahead of the curve in offering top-tier products.\xc2\xa7 Work closely with our Customer Research and Strategy team, shaping new ideas, driving market research, and crafting innovative marketing strategies in collaboration with our wider teams, from IT to Group Marketing and Actuarial.\xc2\xa7 Lead cross-functional efforts that push boundaries and launch standout products into the market that define customer experiences.\xc2\xa7 Become a key driver of strategic growth initiatives that reach beyond local markets to inspire customers regionally and globally.\xc2\xa7 Partner with the leadership team to achieve divisional growth goals through exceptional product development.\xc2\xa7 Spearhead the Premier Segment Product Roadmap in collaboration with multiple teams, making an impact from day one.\xc2\xa7 Develop new product offerings from scratch, providing seamless integration into the market.\xc2\xa7 Lead efforts to mitigate regulatory compliance risks, championing best practices and aligning with industry trends.\xc2\xa7 Be the cultural leader of your division, setting the tone for collaboration, creativity, and results.\xc2\xadQualificationsWe\'re Looking For:\xc2\xa7 15+ years of experience in product development, marketing, or related fields, with a solid track record in financial services.\xc2\xa7 Bachelor\'s degree from a recognised university (Qualified Actuary certification is a plus).\xc2\xa7 Creative problem solver with a strategic mindset, skilled at turning data insights into practical solutions that drive growth.\xc2\xa7 Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to navigate cross-functional teams.\xc2\xa7 Strong analytical skills with a knack for attention to detail and an ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.\xc2\xa7 Demonstrates alignment with the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s core values through expected behaviours\xc2\xa7 High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.\xc2\xa7 Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changesAbout Great EasternFounded in 1908, Great Eastern is a well-established market leader and trusted brand in Singapore and Malaysia.
