• Provide Technical Support services including: Data Centre operations, equipment maintenance and service provisioning
• Manage multiple concurrent interdisciplinary projects and ability to work in a team
• Lead, manage/support and deliver the Data Center related initiatives with coordination with both external and internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to design/define and develop the SOP for Data Center services and in-house machine rooms
• Asset and Inventory management within Data Center and in-house machine rooms
• Support Data Centre/Machine rooms related audit duties, record validation and housekeeping work
• Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and escalation to upper tier
• Organize and co-ordinate Business Continuity Activities/Drill
• Maintain accurate records, document all problems, and prepare reports
• Maintain accurate IT Asset inventory/records and prepare reports
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min 4 years of experience in Data Center industry and operations
• Experience in DC Design Engineering, Project management and implementation
• Experience with professional consultant in planning and executing Engineering studies.
• Bachelor degree or in Mechanical / Electronic or Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• Experience working with external vendors
• Customer focus with good communications and interpersonal skills
• Good communication in English speaking and writing
• Discipline, self-initiative, self-motivate
