About Our Client Our client is building an end-to-end real estate transaction platform. Their technology centralizes operations providing a streamlined and efficient experience for both real estate agents and their buyers.
Role Description Our client is looking for an exceptional, growth-minded, seasoned sales leader. This person will become the business\xe2\x80\x99s rainmaker-in-chief, propelling them from US$5m+ to US$25m+ revenue and hyper-scaling the sales team from 25 people today to 150 people, within 24 months.
The VP of Sales is in charge of the business\xe2\x80\x99s most critical assets: their clients and the revenue they generate. The VP of Sales has the Outside sales team (made of licensed Real Estate Consultants), the Inside sales team (made of Inside Sales Consultants) and their managers reporting to them.
In this role, this person is responsible for exceeding revenue targets, hiring, training, coaching, inspiring and leading the sales team, defining the sales strategy and plans, helping team members close more, improving the sales process and tools, shaping a high performance culture and delivering a 7-star experience to the clients.
