We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Policy Servicing.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operation of all Policy Servicing processes, full compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to agreed service levels
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Policy Servicing, provide user requirements and perform User Acceptance Test for system enhancements and system defects
  • Support ad hoc projects, provide user requirements and coordinate user testing when needed.
  • Review and identify areas for process improvements or re-training to the team
  • Update Standard Operating Procedure and coach the processing team
  • Assist to manage the Policy Servicing team and ensure smooth operations of the team
  • Handle complaints from customers and enquiries from internal teams
  • Support audits and control testing on Policy Servicing functions
  • Coordinate and support ad hoc activities including customer communications
  • People management
Requirements
  • University graduate preferably in business administration, information technology, or similar discipline
  • At least 8 years of solid experience within Life Insurance Policy Servicing Operations
  • At least 3 years experience in managing a team preferably in an insurance or financial sector
  • Knowledge of AS400 would be preferred
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, both in written and spoken
