We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Client Management.

Principal Responsibilities

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

• Develop relationships with key international brokers to growth client portfolio
• Develop and execute strategies to grow profitable business and retain a healthy health portfolio
• Promote cross sell activities
• Ongoing compliance with external and internal guidelines
• Ongoing contribution to developing and refining existing processes, service levels, underwriting guidelines and policy contract wording

UNDERWRITING

• Profitable growth in the Health portfolio in line with top line and bottom line business targets
• Responsible for underwriting of business cases in accordance to established underwriting guidelines to achieve overall portfolio profitability
• Identifying and taking actions to mitigate any insurance risk
• Maintaining supporting documentation to satisfy audit requirements
• Prepare new business and renewal quotations within turnaround times
• Provide timely and quality responses to internal and external customers
• Delivering reporting for monitoring of portfolio and service levels

Requirements

• University Degree with relevant insurance papers \xe2\x80\x93 HI, M5, M9, ComGI
• 5 years of experience in the Health space
• Experience in managing brokers
• Key Account Manager skills
• Customer/intermediary Relationship Management
• Underwriting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Strong business acumen
• Meticulous, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Superior analytical skills

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
