Brand entails branding and design, along with brand-driven marketing and advertising. The objectives of the brand team are to create and maintain a strong, recognizable brand through high-quality creative work and effective marketing campaigns.Principle Accountabilities:Oversee brand and communications via the management of 4 teams: Public Relations, Internal Communications, Branding, and Social MediaDevelop, drive, and evaluate strategies for the 4 teamsSet and drive the team to meet quarterly OKRsEnsure team processes are developed to set up all teams for successEvaluate tools and resources for teams regularly to ensure successEnsure campaign execution for all 4 teams is at the highest levelWork independently to manage projects, i.e., lead by exampleMentor and nurture brand and communications team members, grooming leaders for and within the organizationRepresent the company to media and at other public forums when called uponYou will also be tasked to assist the CEO in organizing company events, both external and internal, that help to meet brand and communications objectivesAttributes & Attitude:Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skillsProficiency in analytical research, leadership, and strategic planningAbility to work under high-pressure work environmentWilling to challenge that standard thinking with new ideas, approaches & solutionsStrong-decision making skills and determination to see projects through to the endSelf-directed and able to work independentlyKnowledge:Qualification: College Degree in Management or MarketingExperience: Must have 13-15 years of experience in Public Relations & Brand with experience in the Contact Center Industry or any service-related industryMust have experience handling C-SuiteIf you\xe2\x80\x99ve got the skills to succeed and the motivation to make it happen, we look forward to hearing from you.
