This role is responsible for the overall the execution of talent and culture initiatives in line with the our global & MEA APAC overall objectives and strategic plans.Primary ResponsibilitiesPartner with Centre of Excellence: Work in partnership with each of the Centres of Excellence to ensure the deployment of Accor strategy, systems, platforms, tools whilst collaborating and ensuring the context of the geography is understood to achieve operational excellence. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align talent and culture initiatives with business goals and operational needs.\xe2\x80\x8bStrategic Business Partner: Ensure guidance and sound advise is shared to Operational teams including the Regional teams by providing expertise and guidance on talent and culture matters. This includes talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development to drive business success.Leadership Development: Collaborate with the Centre of Excellences, and Corporate T&C teams, to execute leadership development programs within the Asia region through utilization of Accor Academy and other external initiatives as they occur. Key focus on enhance employee skills and competencies. Support the identification and development of high-potential talent, succession planning, and coaching for senior leaders.\xe2\x80\x8bEmployee Relations and Compliance: Ensure employee relations matters are resolved and provide support to managers in resolving workplace issues. This includes addressing conflicts, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies related to talent management, and work with legal and T&C teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that reflect best practices in T&C\xe2\x80\x8bTalent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee and support the talent acquisition and retention strategies for the Asia region, working closely with local T&C teams, Centres of Excellence and external partner. Implement best practices to attract, select, onboard, and retain top talent aligned with the company\'s culture and values, to ensure the organization has the right talent to meet its current and future business needs.\xe2\x80\x8bCulture Promotion: Champion the company\'s culture across all hotel operations in the Asia region, ensuring that it reflects the organization\'s values, mission, and vision. Partner with local leaders to create an inclusive and engaging work environment where employees can thrive and feel valued.\xe2\x80\x8bPerformance Management: Drive performance management initiatives, ensuring that performance goals are clear, feedback is constructive, and continuous improvement is encouraged. Work with regional leaders to develop talent through performance management processes and foster a culture of accountability and recognition.\xe2\x80\x8bCommunication and Employee Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being across all hotel properties within Asia region. Inform employees about organizational developments, changes, and new initiatives. Leverage employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, lead initiatives to address employee concerns. Mentor leaders to create meaningful actions and ensuring continuous follow up. \xe2\x80\x8bDiversity and Inclusion: Implement programs to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization, fostering an environment where individuals from diverse backgrounds feel supported and empowered. Collaborate with local teams to ensure that diversity and inclusion are integrated into all talent and culture programs.\xe2\x80\x8bOrganisational Development & Change: Support the Centres of Excellence in driving initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This may involve organizational restructuring, change management, and developing programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.\xe2\x80\x8bHR Metrics and Analytics: Utilising HR metrics and data analytics provided by the Centre of Excellence to assess the effectiveness of T&C programs and initiatives. You may use data to identify trends, measure key performance indicators, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. \xe2\x80\x8bHR Technology Integration: Enforce consistency through technology to enhance T&C processes and systems. This may involve the integration of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other technological solutions to streamline T&C functions.\xe2\x80\x8bQualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in progressive Talent & Culture (T&C) roles, with 5 years of leadership position focusing on talent management.Holds a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, work collaboratively with diverse teams, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute people initiatives in line with corporate strategies and objectives
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, performance management, and diversity and inclusion best practices with a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders.

  • Reports directly to Senior Vice President, Talent & Culture, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific with a dotted reporting to Chief Operating Officer, Asia.
