Job Scope: The individual will be involved in the origination and execution effort of the Advisory team, with an initial focus on M&A.
Deal Team Lead: The individual will be the key deal team leader for buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from start to end, dealing directly with the client\'s deal team and making sure timelines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Risk Management: The individual will also work with the team to prepare presentations for origination purposes and liaise with internal control functions to ensure appropriate risk management, assess potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them to ensure the organization operates within legal and ethical boundaries.
Stakeholder Management: The Vice President/Director will also start creating and building his own network. Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and developing strong working relationships with clients, investors and partners to understand their needs and align business strategies accordingly.
Communication: Effectively communicating complex ideas and recommendations to executives and other stakeholders and able to articulate through presentations, reports and other mediums.
Job Requirements:
Recognized University Degree - BBA+, majors in Banking and Finance, Econs, Accounting
Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in M&A, Advisory, Corporate Finance
Excellent MS Office Skills - Excel (analysis); PPT (Presentations)
Excellent communication skills English (written and spoken); Secondary languages are a plus
