Job Description
Youle Mandarin is a young and dynamic Pre-School Mandarin Enrichment School located at Tanglin Shopping Centre. We specialize in Mandarin programmes for children ages 1 to 6.
- Curriculum planning and professional matters, providing inputs and perspectives, and mentoring teachers in areas of pedagogy, delivery, and use of tools and resources
- Setting the direction for parent partnership, community engagement, and talent management
- Management and optimization of centre resources
- Implementation of specific centre programs, initiatives, and events
- Handle centre administrative matters
- Able to work on both weekend
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in a relevant industry
- Possess initiative and positive attitude and the ability to relate well with all levels of staff and students
- Mature, resourceful, detailed-oriented, self-driven, and team player.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Energetic and self-motivated with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, and exercise discretion with confidential information.
