About us: Tristeps Studios is a production house & creative agency specializing in commercials, branding, content creation, and films. We\xe2\x80\x99re well versed in stills and motion for commercials, advertising, and narrative film, in the Corporate & F&B sector. We love to explore new ideas and infuse them into traditional media. We have a fully equipped boutique production office & kitchen - Studio Recreate with lofty ceilings, and ample daylight for our content creators

• We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a proactive and independent Video Editor who is passionate about both digital media and native advertising

• Willing to explore different editing techniques and suggest ideas during the pre-production process

• Adaptable to different styles of editing based on various requirements and platform usage including but not limited to (Commercial Advert, Social Advert, Corporate Videos, and Event Coverage, Internal Social Media Content, etc)

• Keep up with the latest creative trends to ensure our video production remains relevant and trendy (good knowledge of relevant trends in YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok)

• Tech Savvy, always seeking to improve post-production standards with new editing techniques and workflow
  

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

• Consult with stakeholders about the Editing and VFX process from production to post-production

• On-site VFX supervision

• Offline and Online Edits

• Delivering videos independently under tight deadlines

• Manage project file archival

• Ad hoc assist in production shoots if needed

• Work with the producer on the editing schedule and timeline

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience working in/with production houses or post-production houses, or creative agencies

• Well-versed in the full post-production Workflow including but not limited to Offline Stitch, Online Stitch, Animation, Typography, Compositing, VFX, Music Adaptation, SFX, color grading, etc.)

• Having good practices of a systematic/efficient editing structure

• Having base production knowledge and knowing how to handle a range of camera gears (e.g. Sony A7SIII, Sony FX line, RED, ARRI) is a plus

• Great understanding of Recording codecs, framerates, Colorspace, bitrates, etc

• Good knowledge of computer technical specs in relation to post-production is a bonus

• Having interest or knowledge in HDR editing workflows
  

Software Proficiency:

• Adobe Premiere Pro (Video Stitch, Offline and Online Edit, VFX, Music, and SFX)

• Adobe After Effects (Basic Animation, VFX, typography, compositing, and object removal)

• Davinci Resolve (Color grading)

• Pro Tools/Adobe Audition (Post Sound)

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Plus point if knowledgeable with 3D Editing Software (Such as Blender, C4D, Nuke etc) and 3D animation Workflow
