In addition to our tuition offerings, Matt\xe2\x80\x99s Education also works closely with MOE schools on public speaking training and other English-related projects throughout the year.As we continually look at new ways to transform the way we teach and engage our target audiences, we\'re seeking a talented Video Editor and Producer to join our team and contribute to our outreach.About the roleWe are looking for a Video Editor and Producer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for storytelling through video, strong technical skills, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life. This role will involve both editing and producing video content, from concept to completion, across various platforms (especially social media)Responsibilities- Conceptualize and develop video content ideas that align with our brand and objectives.- Edit raw footage into compelling and visually appealing videos, ensuring high quality and consistency.- Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit footage, add effects, graphics, and sound.- Manage video projects from pre-production through post-production, including planning, shooting, editing, and final delivery.- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets their expectations and deadlines.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve video production quality and efficiency.Requirements- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.- Solid understanding of video production techniques, including shooting, lighting, and audio recording.- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling videos.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.- Course of study related film, media production, or a related field will lend favourable considerationIf you\'re passionate about creating captivating video content and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we\'d love to hear from you!
