The Shop Food & Services (SFS) & Customer Experience team based in the Singapore regional hub provides support for all aspects of the SFS & Customer Experience business (operations, development, sales offers, performance optimisation, customer relations, marketing, etc.).12 countries covered: Cambodia, New Caledonia, Fiji, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, French Polynesia, Lebanon, Jordan, China, India and Saudi Arabia.Key figures for the SFS business in the APMO perimeter (To end 2023):

The SFS & Customers experience support assistant will provide support to the team in charge of SFS development activities and customer relations.As a Customer Experience Support Executive on SFS activities, your main tasks will be as follows :

• Identify the Shop, Food and Services business players (national or international) present in the area.

• Seek out these partners in order to initiate the process of setting up commercial partnerships in the subsidiaries.

• Assisting the SFS and Wash managers in their day-to-day activities and relations with the subsidiaries (operations, performance analysis, operational monitoring).

• Analyzing the SFS Development Manager\'s development files for the zone.

• Analyzing SFS investment files for development projects by analyzing the financial and commercial aspects of the assumptions.

• Validate the assumptions proposed by the subsidiaries and challenge them if necessary, with the aim of ensuring the relevance of the forecast results and the most accurate valuation of the projects\' potential, both financially and commercially.

• Monthly monitoring of key performance indicators, reporting on the progress of development projects for each subsidiary and for the zone as a whole.

• Participating in the creation of dashboard and operational monitoring tools to ensure regular economic analysis of performance and development projects.

Your main tasks Customer Relations and Marketing activities will be as follows :

• Assist the Marketing & Customer Experience Manager in :

- Managing and monitoring the Top Service and Customer Voice Programme.- Implementing the Customer Week programme throughout the region.- Designing marketing offers to support the development of vehicle recharging activities in the area.

• Leading the editorial committee for the bi-monthly distribution of the department\'s @newsletter, with a view to its editing and distribution.

• Assisting the subsidiaries in drawing up their annual events and promotions plan and ensuring regular follow-up.
